Heart of Adoptions Alliance Inc. (HOAA) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) licensed child-placing agency dedicated to connecting children with safe and loving families. HOAA's annual gala fundraiser,
taking place on Thursday, April 23, 2026, at 6:30 PM at the scenic Bob Buckhorn Tampa River Center. This year will be a very special event as we pay tribute to Jeanne Tate, the agency’s founder and nationally recognized adoption attorney. The event promises an inspiring evening dedicated to supporting vital adoption services. Proceeds will help recruit
families for children in foster care, provide post-placement services for birth mothers, and offer ongoing adoption support to children and their families.
