The City Council of the City of Tampa, Florida (the "Issuer"), shall cause a public hearing to be held by an attorney of Bryant Miller Olive P.A., as appointed hearing officer on behalf of the Issuer, to hear public comments regarding the proposed reissuance of its outstanding $3,450,000 original principal amount Educational Facilities Revenue Note (Trinity School for Children Project), Series 2015A, and its outstanding $5,950,000 original principal amount Educational Facilities Refunding Revenue Note (Trinity School for Children Project), Series 2015B (collectively, the "Series 2015 Notes"), on behalf of Tampa School Development Corporation d/b/a Trinity School for Children, a Florida not for profit corporation (the "Borrower"), and an organization described in Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the "Code"), on February 26, 2026, commencing at 5:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as practicable, at the law office of Bryant Miller Olive P.A., 400 N. Tampa Street, Suite 1600, Tampa, Florida 33602, in order to satisfy certain of the requirements of Section 147(f) of the Code. Anyone unable to attend in person but who wishes to participate may call in toll-free with the following number 1 (888) 667-1808.

The Series 2015 Notes were issued to refinance the outstanding City of Tampa, Florida Educational Facilities Refunding Revenue Bond (Trinity School for Children Project), Series 2010 (the "Series 2010 Bond") which was issued to refinance the outstanding Educational Facilities Revenue Bonds (Trinity School for Children Project), Series 2002 (the "Series 2002 Bonds"). The proceeds of the Series 2002 Bonds were used for the construction and equipping of improvements, additions and renovation at the Borrower's school located at 2402 West Osborne Street, Tampa, Florida 33603, consisting of the following: the refinancing of (i) an existing 6,000 square foot one story building consisting of administrative offices and a media center; (ii) an existing 30,000 square foot two story building containing classrooms; (iii) an existing 73-car parking lot and existing sidewalks; (iv) construction and equipping of a playground; and (v) other improvements, acquisitions, additions and renovations at the school (collectively, the "2002 Projects"). The Borrower facilitated the refunding of the Series 2002 Bonds through the issuance by the City of its Series 2010 Bond. The proceeds of the Series 2010 Bond were also used to refinance loans of the Borrower used for the purchase and renovation of an existing 26,000 square foot one-story building located at 4807 North Armenia Avenue, Tampa, Florida 33603, consisting of administrative offices and classrooms (grades 4th through 8th); a parking lot and sidewalks; construction and equipping of an outside basketball court; and other improvements, acquisitions, additions and renovations (collectively, the "2010 Projects"). In addition to using the proceeds of the Series 2015 Notes to refund the Series 2010 Bond, the proceeds of the Series 2015 Notes were also used to (i) finance the construction and equipping of an additional classroom building, a walkway around the School's campus, a new perimeter fence and privacy landscaping and an open air amphitheater (the "2015 Projects" and together with the 2002 Projects and the 2010 Projects, the "Prior Projects"); and (ii) pay a portion of the costs associated with the Series 2015 Notes. The Prior Projects are owned and/or operated by the Borrower.

The hearing is being held for the purpose of affording all interested persons an opportunity to express their views, both orally and in writing, on the proposed reissuance of the Series 2015 Notes and the nature and location of the Prior Projects.

THE SERIES 2015 NOTES SHALL NEVER CONSTITUTE AN INDEBTEDNESS OF THE CITY OF TAMPA, FLORIDA, THE STATE OF FLORIDA OR ANY POLITICAL SUBDIVISION THEREOF, BUT WILL BE PAYABLE SOLELY FROM THE REVENUES DERIVED FROM THE OPERATION OF THE BORROWER AND OTHER REVENUES OF THE BORROWER PLEDGED TO THE PAYMENT OF THE SERIES 2015 NOTES.
