Gain an understanding of how Code Enforcement operates and the various teams this department manages. Participants will have an opportunity to meet members of the department and observe some of the equipment they use as part of their daily responsibilities. This session will also include a demonstration on how to submit customer service requests using the City's new Tampa Connect web-based system.
