Historic Hyde Park

Historic Hyde Park is a combination of yesterday and today. Tampa's oldest existing neighborhood lies immediately across the Hillsborough River to the west of the Downtown business and cultural core. Historic homes have undergone intensive renovation efforts and reflect the distinctive Florida architectural style of the 1920's and 1930's.

Old Hyde Park Village, an upscale commercial development of retail and service establishments, accents the new vitality of Tampa's historic neighborhood district. Heavily shaded and immediately accessible to Bayshore Boulevard, the streets of Historic Hyde Park are popular local landmarks.
