Love is in the air, and Rusty Pelican Tampa is serving up a romantic Valentine’s Day-exclusive dining experience for all those looking to celebrate with that special someone. The meal starts with a rich lobster bisque topped with chives and caviar, followed by indulgent entrées like a surf and turf dish featuring a CAB ribeye (upgrade to Japanese A5 Wagyu for $40) with butter-poached lobster, creamy mashed potatoes, and broccolini. The night ends with a decadent finale: a dreamy dessert of strawberry mousse with mixed berry ganache and fresh berries topped with a delicate, gold-dusted chocolate dome. Each dish in this five-course tasting menu is artfully paired with a wine selected by Rusty Pelican’s Sommelier.
