Class Descriptions

Adult Fitness

Gentle weight and resistance training, bodyweight strength building, light cardio, and stretching. Fit for adults of all ages including seniors. (18+)

Bingo

A game of chance where players mark numbers on cards to match a pre-selected pattern.

Body Balance

Low impact strength and balance training with a focus on core. Through a combination of stretching, controlled movements, and posture exercises that support fall prevention and overall mobility.

Bunco

A dice game for all!

Fitness Bootcamp

Improve your form, make goals, stay accountable with this vigorous class! Instructor led interval training of cardio, bodyweight exercises, and weightlifting. (18+)

Game Night

Includes a selection of different board games to cater to diverse interest and skill levels, from classic games to newer strategy-based options. Feel free to bring your own as well!

Mexican Train

A game played with dominoes.

Movie Time

Come in and watch your favorite movie! Please feel free to bring your own snacks to enjoy the show.

Resin Art

Resin art is the process of creating using epoxy resin and hardener. Resin is a strong durable medium that can be used to create a variety of effects.

Spin Class

Spinning is an indoor cycling workout set to music and led by an instructor. Spinning works the body’s largest muscles and improves the circulation of oxygen and blood. (18+)

Tae Kwon Do (Additional Fees Apply)

Tae Kwon Do is a Korean martial art that involves kicking, punching, and other unarmed combat techniques. In addition to physical fighting skills, it is a discipline that shows ways of enhancing our spirit and life through training our body and mind. Today, it has become a global sport that has gained an international reputation and stands among the official games in the Olympics. Call (813) 690-1027 or come in for more information.

Tampa Toddlers in Transition (T.T.N.T.)

A fun-filled parent/tot experience where children will gain social interaction while also beginning to learn their ABC’s and numbers, enhance their fine motor skills, and explore arts and crafts, music and balance exercises. Participants must be potty trained, and parents must stay and enjoy the hands-on activities with their children. (Ages 2-5)

Yoga ($7/Class)

An ancient practice that combines physical poses, breathing, and meditation to promote physical and mental health.
