Resolution making certain changes in the budget of the City of Tampa for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2026; approving the transfer, reallocation and/or appropriation of $959,752 within the Stormwater Grants Fund for the United States Environmental Protection Agency Manhattan Avenue Flood Mitigation Grant; providing an effective date.

Motion: (Maniscalco-Miranda) That said resolution be adopted. Motion carried unanimously with Hurtak being absent.
