Resolution making certain changes in the budget of the City of Tampa for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2026; approving the transfer, reallocation and/or appropriation of $2,750,000 within the Stormwater Grants Fund for the Florida Department of Environmental Protection Manhattan Avenue Drainage Improvements Grant; providing an effective date.
