Palma Ceia Pines

Palma Ceia Pines is an eclectic community representing approximately 1,250 single- and multi-family households, businesses, schools, churches and non-profit organizations in South Tampa.

This area is south of W. Kennedy Boulevard to W. Henderson Boulevard; bounded on the west by S. Himes Avenue; on the east by S. Armenia Avenue; and, W. Swann Avenue to the south.

Notable landmarks within neighborhood boundaries include Congregation Schaari Zedek, Memorial Hospital, and Mitchell Elementary School.
