Narrative

On November 20, 2015, Maurice Garrett crashed his pick up truck into a tree at the intersection of East Ellicott Street/North 40th Street. While en route to Tampa General Hospital, it was revealed that Mr. Garrett had been shot. He passed away from his injuries at the hospital.
