I acknowledge that vendors will not be permitted to sell bottled water.  I acknowledge that adequate certificate of liability insurance which meets the City’s of Tampa’s requirements must be received and approved prior to participation in the Festival. 

The vendor fees are:

  • Vendor registration ends on Friday, February 20, 2026
  • Non-Profit - $25
  • Food Vendors - $200 deposit, 20% of total sales
  • Business, retail, merchandise, & services vendors - $100
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations after March 6, 2026
Vendor Type
Food Vendors - $200 deposit, 20% of total sales. Upon committee approval, a payment link will be sent to the email provided. Registration will be finalized upon receipt of payment and certificate of liability insurance.
Fee is $100, upon committee approval, a payment link will be sent to the email provided. Registration will be finalized upon receipt of payment and certificate of liability insurance. Any organization, for profit and not-for-profit, selling merchandise will be required to pay a $100 fee.
