Logistics and Asset Management ensures that City buildings—including fire and police stations, recreation centers, playground equipment, and other public facilities—are safe, environmentally friendly, and operating optimally, allowing City departments the readiness to deliver public services effectively. The department also oversees the purchase, maintenance, repair, and fueling of all City vehicles. Residents and staff can request facility support, report building maintenance needs, submit renovation or space requests, request City landmark illumination, and obtain City vehicle services or emergency breakdown assistance. The department manages more than 7.7 million square feet of City‑owned facilities and maintains over 3,000 City vehicles. Logistics and Asset Management serves all City departments and comprises two divisions: Facility Management and Fleet Maintenance.
