Resolution adopting the City of Tampa Capital Improvement Budget and Program for FY2025 through FY2029; Providing an effective date.

Justin Vaske, Senior Assistant City Attorney, appeared and provided a substitute resolution, and briefly explained the changes.

Motion: (Henderson-Clendenin) That the substitute resolution submitted by Justin Vaske, Senior Assistant City Attorney, be received and filed. Motion carried unanimously.

Substitute Resolution adopting the City of Tampa Capital Improvement Budget and Program for FY2025 through FY2029; Providing an effective date.

Motion: (Viera-Clendenin) That Council moves to adopt said substitute resolution. Motion carried unanimously by voice roll call vote of 7-0.
