Participation Waiver for a Primary Gardener's (Gardener awarded a plot in the Parking Community Garden) Secondary Gardeners (individuals that the Primary Gardener is wanting to bring into the Parking Community Garden). This form is required to be signed and submitted to the Parking Offices on the 3rd Floor of Ft. Brooke Garage, directly above the Streetcar station and YMCA, prior to any Secondary Gardener being allowed to enter the Parking Community Garden. Waivers can be submitted to the Parking Offices during normal business hours Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm.
