The Back-2-School Health Clinics return this summer to serve families across Hillsborough County with no-cost school physicals, routine immunizations, and Florida Form DH-680 shot record transfers—all essential for school enrollment. Designed for students entering kindergarten, 7th grade, or new to Hillsborough County Public or Charter Schools, these services are available by appointment only to children who are uninsured or enrolled in Medicaid.

The clinics will operate every Saturday from July 12 to August 16, 2025, at seven convenient locations countywide. With limited spots and no walk-ups allowed, families are encouraged to register early at www.b2shc.org. Start the school year strong by making sure your child is healthy, protected, and ready to learn!
