NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING

MEETING PURPOSE: The purpose of this public meeting of the Community Benefits Advisory Council ("CBAC") is to discuss the draft Community Benefits Agreement to be presented to City Council regarding proposed community benefits associated with the Sanchez y Haya Project.

Community benefits discussed may include, but are not limited to, activities in the following areas:

  • Environmental resiliency and sustainability
  • Public infrastructure and public realm improvements
  • Equitable economic opportunities and small business support
  • Historic preservation and adaptive reuse initiatives
  • Mobility, pedestrian, bicycle, and transit improvements
  • Public art, cultural preservation, community gathering spaces, and neighborhood amenities

Members of the public will have an opportunity to provide public comments during the meeting. We expect that the draft agreement will be ready for review by July 7th, 2026.
