Land Development Coordination will be conducting a virtual public information session on the upcoming Land Development Code text amendments for the July 2025 Cycle. This will take place on Tuesday, November 18th at 6 p.m. The City amends their code twice annually (January Cycle and July Cycle) to address legislative directives from the state legislature, local initiatives/changes, and other matters. This virtual meeting will include discussion on amendments involving the following: Plats, Subdivisions, and Special Street Setbacks.
Any person who decides to appeal any decision made with respect to any matter considered at this public hearing or meeting are advised, in accordance with Section 286.0105, Florida Statutes, that they will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose may need to hire a court reporter to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceeding is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
