35th Annual Hispanic Heritage Celebration

This year’s Guest Speaker is Mrs. Adriana “Adri” Colina, a 34-year public servant, and the City of Tampa’s Director of Logistics & Asset Management.  Colina is a two-term chairperson of the Mayor’s Hispanic Heritage Committee.  She is a gifted motivational and public speaker and is the youngest recipient of the prestigious City of Tampa’s Josephine Howard Stafford ‘‘Woman of the Year” award given to a female employee demonstrating outstanding commitment to her position and community.  In 2018, Colina was selected by Tampa Hispanic Heritage Inc. as Hispanic Woman of the Year.
