Use this page to pay a City of Tampa NED-Citation online through Accela. Accela is the City’s online system for managing records, applications, and payments.

Use the Accela Citizen Access portal to search for your citation and make a payment online.

Before You Start

Before you begin, have the following information ready:

• Citation number
• Case number or record number
• Property address or violation address
• Payment method
• Email address for confirmation or receipt

How to Make a Payment in Accela

Follow these steps to pay your citation online.

1. Go to Accela Citizen Access.
2. Sign in or continue as a guest, if guest access is available.
3. Search for your citation, case, or record using the citation number, record number, or address.

For citations past 30 days

After You Pay

After submitting your payment, you should receive a confirmation or receipt from Accela.

Keep your confirmation number for your records. Payment processing times may vary.
