To submit a public records request to the Tampa Fire & Police Pension Fund, use one of the following methods:
- Online Requests: You can submit a request via the City of Tampa's online portal.
- In-Person Requests: Visit the Tampa Fire & Police Pension Office at 3001 North Boulevard, Tampa, FL 33603. The office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., except on city holidays.
- Mail Requests: You can mail your request to the Tampa Fire & Police Pension Office at the above listed address.
