MEETING PURPOSE: The purpose of this public meeting of the Community Benefits Advisory Council ("CBAC") is to discuss and prepare recommendations to be presented to the Mayor, City Council, the Developer, and City of Tampa residents regarding proposed community benefits associated with the Sanchez y Haya Project.

Community benefits discussed may include, but are not limited to, activities in the following areas:

  • Environmental resiliency and sustainability
  • Public infrastructure and public realm improvements
  • Equitable economic opportunities and small business support
  • Historic preservation and adaptive reuse initiatives
  • Mobility, pedestrian, bicycle, and transit improvements
  • Public art, cultural preservation, community gathering spaces, and neighborhood amenities

Members of the public will have an opportunity to provide public comments during the meeting.
