Summer is upon us. We are seeing all kinds of weather extremes across the country as temperatures climb. Heat is an increasing factor which puts our health at risk.

Join us on Saturday, June 13, 2-4 pm to learn about why this is happening and what you can do to stay safe.

Hear from News Channel 8’s Chief Meteorologist and Climate Specialist, Jeff Berardelli. Known as the Weather Professor, Jeff aims to educate the Tampa Bay community about our changing climate and how that impacts our home, health, and the World around us.

We will also hear from experts in public health about what you can do to protect yourself as the heat rises.
