MEETING PURPOSE: The purpose of this public meeting of the Community Benefits Advisory Council ("CBAC") is to review and approve the minutes from the CBAC meeting held on July 15, 2026. The Community Benefits Agreement will not be discussed or considered for approval during this meeting.
