Join us on November 8th, 2026 for an elevated evening celebrating the craft and character of Flor de Caña rum. This curated tasting dinner invites guests to explore the depth and versatility of one of Nicaragua’s most iconic rums through a thoughtfully crafted progression of cocktails, tastings, and culinary pairings. We’ll be joined by Flor de Caña Brand Ambassador Luis Baez, who travels the world sharing the story, heritage, and craftsmanship of Flor de Caña with rum enthusiasts. 

The evening will feature an Aged Old Fashioned, a selection of Flor de Caña expressions, and a decadent cocktail to close the night, all complemented by a menu specially created by our chef to bring out the unique character of each pour. 

An evening of aged rum, exceptional cuisine, and a few surprises along the way.
