By accessing or using the City of Tampa's Document Accessibility Viewer ("Service"), you agree to the following Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

1. Purpose of the Service

This Service is provided to improve public access to City documents by converting PDF files into more accessible, readable formats such as HTML.

The Service is intended to:

  • Enhance accessibility for individuals with disabilities
  • Improve usability across devices
  • Support transparency and public access to information

2. Nature of the Technology

This Service uses automated processes, including artificial intelligence and document parsing technologies, to generate accessible versions of documents.

You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated interpretations may occasionally be inaccurate

3. Official Record

The original PDF document remains the official and authoritative record.

Users should:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
