Resolution making certain changes in the budget of the City of Tampa for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2025; approving the transfer, reallocation, and/or appropriation of $149,536 within the General Fund for use by Tampa Fire Rescue for reclassification of capital lease expenditures as an operating lease in accordance with GASB No. 87; providing an effective date.

Resolution making certain changes in the budget of the City of Tampa for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2025; Approving the transfer, reallocation, and/or appropriation of $50,253.94 within the General Fund and Utility Services Tax Capital Projects Fund for use by the Tampa Police Department for operating capital expenditures involving aviation unit building renovations; providing an effective date.

Resolution making certain changes in the budget of the City of Tampa for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2025; approving the transfer, reallocation, and/or appropriation of $1,999,351 for the Branch Pumping Station Collection System Sewer Rehabilitation by CIPP Project to be used by the Wastewater Department within the Wastewater Capital Construction Fund; providing an effective date.

Resolution making certain changes in the budget of the City of Tampa for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2025; approving the transfer, reallocation, and/or appropriation of $543,069 of previously collected non-ad valorem assessment within the Downtown/Ybor Tourism Marketing District Fund to provide tourism marketing services within the district; providing an effective date.

Resolution making certain changes in the budget of the City of Tampa for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2025; approving the transfer, reallocation, and/or appropriation of $50,000 within the General Fund to support the post-hurricane countywide integrate stormwater system; providing an effective date.

Resolution making certain changes in the budget of the City of Tampa for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2025; approving the transfer, reallocation, and/or appropriation of $61,700 within the General Fund to provide additional funding to the City's Emergency Response Center (ERC); providing an effective date.

Resolution making certain changes in the budget of the City of Tampa for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2025; approving the transfer, reallocation, and/or appropriation of $466,564 for the Fleet Decentralization – Port Tampa Project to be used by the Wastewater Department within the Wastewater Capital Construction Fund; providing an effective date.

Resolution making certain changes in the budget of the City of Tampa for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2025, approving the transfer, reallocation and/or appropriation of $2,965,800 within the Transportation Grants Capital Projects Fund and $988,600 within the Non Ad Valorem Bonds CIP Fund – Future Debt for use by the Palmetto Beach project; providing an effective date.

Resolution making certain changes in the budget of the City of Tampa for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2025; Approving the transfer, reallocation, and/or appropriation of $3,240,192 within the Urban Area Security Initiative Grants Fund for use by the Tampa Police Department for the 2024 Urban Area Security Initiative Grant; Providing an effective date.

Resolution making certain changes in the budget of the City of Tampa for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2025; approving the transfer, reallocation, and/or appropriation of $3,330,996 for redevelopment investment within the Central Park and Channel District Community Redevelopment Area (CRA) Funds; providing an effective date.

Resolution making certain changes in the budget of the City of Tampa for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2025; approving the transfer, reallocation, and/or appropriation of ($444,593) within the Central Park, Channel District, Drew Park, East Tampa, West Tampa, Tampa Heights Riverfront, Ybor I and Ybor II Community Development Agency (CRA) Funds for urban redevelopment expenses; providing an effective date.

Resolution making certain changes in the budget of the City of Tampa for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2025; approving the transfer, reallocation, and/or appropriation of $1,025,000 within the General Fund for Development and Growth Real Estate Department and Coordination Division, and the City Planning Department Operating Expenses; providing an effective date.

Resolution making certain changes in the budget of the City of Tampa for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2025; approving the transfer, reallocation, and/or appropriation of $1,342,036 within the Utilities Services Tax Special Revenue Fund and the Utilities Services Tax Capital Fund to provide for the funding of the Intersection Safety Capital Improvement Project; providing an effective date.

Resolution making certain changes in the budget of the City of Tampa for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2025; approving the transfer, reallocation, and/or appropriation of $20,000 within the Parks Grants Fund and the Community Redevelopment Agency - East Tampa Fund for use by the Parks & Recreation Department for refurbishing the World War 1 African American Monument located in Memorial Cemetery Park; providing an effective date.

Resolution making certain changes in the budget of the City of Tampa for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2025; Approving the transfer, reallocation, and/or appropriation of $290,000 within the Police Grants Fund for use by the Tampa Police Department for the 2025 Florida Department of Transportation Safe Travel - Speeding and Aggressive Driving Grant; Providing an effective date.

Resolution making certain changes in the budget of the City of Tampa for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2024; approving the transfer, reallocation, and/or appropriation of $6,527.96 within the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Fund to appropriate program income for CDBG program activities; providing an effective date.

Resolution making certain changes in the budget of the City of Tampa for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2025; approving the transfer, reallocation, and/or appropriation of $25,000 within the Fire Grants Fund for use by Tampa Fire Rescue for the 2024-25 FDLE Drone Replacement Program Grant from the Office of Criminal Justice Grants Department of Law Enforcement; providing an effective date.

Resolution making certain changes in the budget of the City of Tampa for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2025; approving the transfer, reallocation, and/or appropriation of $7,500 within the Fire Grants Fund for use by Tampa Fire Rescue for the FY25 Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) Grant from Volunteer Florida; providing an effective date.

Resolution making certain changes in the budget of the City of Tampa for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2025; Approving the transfer, reallocation, and/or appropriation of $753,000 within the Police Grants Fund for use by the Tampa Police Department for the 2025 FDOT Tampa Enhanced Impaired Driving Enforcement - Last Call Grant; Providing an effective date.

Resolution making certain changes in the budget of the City of Tampa for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2025; Approving the transfer, reallocation, and/or appropriation of $150,000 within the Police Grants Fund for use by the Tampa Police Department for the 2025 FDOT Safe Motorcycle and Rider Techniques Grant; Providing an effective date.

Resolution making certain changes in the budget of the City of Tampa for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2025; Approving the transfer, reallocation, and/or appropriation of $350,000 within the Police Grants Fund for use by the Tampa Police Department for the 2025 FDOT Occupant Protection Program Grant; Providing an effective date.

Resolution making certain changes in the budget of the City of Tampa for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2025; Approving the transfer, Reallocation and/or appropriation of $150,000 within the Police Grants Fund for use by the Tampa Police Department for the 2025 FDOT Work Zone Safety Grant; Providing an effective date.

Resolution making certain changes in the budget of the City of Tampa for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2025; approving the transfer, reallocation, and/or appropriation of $275,000 within the Parking Operations Fund for use by the Mobility Department to purchase vehicles; providing an effective date.

Resolution making certain changes in the budget of the City of Tampa for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2025; approving the transfer, reallocation, and/or appropriation of $246,769.64 within the State Housing Initiatives Partnership (SHIP) Grant Fund to appropriate program income for SHIP Grant Program activities; providing an effective date.
