Back 2 School Health Clinic - North

The Back-2-School Health Clinics are returning this summer to help families across Hillsborough County prepare for the new school year. The clinics provide no-cost school physicals, routine immunizations, and Florida Form DH 680 immunization record transfers—services that are essential for school enrollment.
A non-refundable $10 registration fee is required per family (not per child). Medical services are available by appointment only for children who are uninsured, underinsured, or enrolled in Medicaid. The clinics are designed to serve students entering Kindergarten, entering 7th grade, or those who are NEW to Hillsborough County Public or Charter Schools in any grade level.
Clinics will be held every Saturday from July 11 through August 8, 2026, at six convenient locations throughout Hillsborough County. Space is limited, and walk-ins cannot be accommodated. Families are encouraged to register early at www.b2shc.org.
