Biennial Pension Verification Questionnaire

Every two years, the Board of Trustees requires the General Employees (GE) Pension staff to conduct a survey of all pension accounts. This is an audit that involves each pensioner completing a questionnaire, which they must sign in the presence of a notary public and return to the GE Pension Office. Failure to complete the questionnaire and return it may result in suspension of benefit payments. The next survey will be mailed to the address on your pension file and is scheduled for late spring 2027.

Please note, the Board of Trustees has changed the requirement for the Plan A Remarriage Audit from annually to every two years. This change has been incorporated into the Biennial Pension Verification Questionnaire so that pensioners will only need to complete one form.
