Resolution adopting the City of Tampa Capital Improvement Budget and Program for FY2026 through FY2030; Providing an effective date.

Motion: (Miranda-Maniscalco) That Council moves to adopt said resolution. Motion carried by voice roll call vote of 5-1 with Carlson voting no.
