The Youth and Young Adult Wellness Summit is a community-centered event hosted by NAMI Hillsborough focused on promoting mental wellness, emotional health, and access to community resources for youth, young adults, and families throughout the Tampa Bay area. The summit will feature wellness discussions, community resources, youth engagement activities, inspirational speakers, and educational sessions designed to reduce stigma and encourage healthy conversations around mental health and overall well-being.
The event will take place on July 18, 2026, at the University of South Florida. Complimentary continental breakfast and lunch will be provided for registered attendees.
