This project is located at the intersection of N 14th St (ARDC) & E 21st Ave is to upgrade the existing concrete strain pole and span wire system using the galvanized steel pole and mast arm relocated from N Boulevard & W Ross Ave. The project will include new vehicular traffic signal heads along with new pedestrian signal heads and ADA compliant pedestrian ramps.
