2025 City of Tampa PHA and Flu Onsite Schedule
The City of Tampa recommends a Personal Health Assessment (PHA) annually for employees and any spouse or partner covered by one of the cities sponsored health plans. Onsite PHA/Flu vaccine events will be held at various locations beginning October 20th.
The PHA and flu vaccines are both eligible for wellness incentives for the 2026 health plan year. The deadline for wellness incentives is November 30, 2025.
