Old Seminole Heights

Old Seminole Heights is a tree-shaded community nestled in the heart of Tampa, with stately old bungalows maintained and restored from their origin in the early 1900's. Some of the homes are included in our National Register and local Historic Districts to ensure their preservation for generations to come. The neighborhood attracts residents of all ages and diverse cultural backgrounds.
