A low-lying portion of Mabel St between Henry Ave. and Idlewild Ave experiences frequent flooding due to insufficient drainage capacity and lack of an existing stormwater system. This project consists of the construction of a gravity stormwater system along Mabel St. to connect to an existing system on Idlewild Ave.
