To identify and recommend potential mobility, connectivity, and safety projects, including project estimates, and to identify/recommend/provide quick bid options for improvements for improvements within public rights-of-way throughout the Drew Park Community Redevelopment Area (CRA).
Community Benefits
Projects to include but limited to: areas to close sidewalk gaps; areas to improve existing sidewalks, intersection and crosswalk safety, areas to construct mid-block crosswalks on Lois Avenue, areas to improve pedestrian/bicyclist safety, alleyways, and areas to improve transit (public and school) stops. In addition, firm to identify locations where on-street parking can be constructed on existing rights-of-way.
