Starting at 9am on May 23, Wastewater Department crews will close a section of W Spruce St between N Himes Ave and N Glen Ave to repair a wastewater mainline pipe. Signage and traffic control devices will be in the area to assist with rerouting and traffic flow. Motorists are advised to consider alternate routes and use caution when driving in the area. Safe access will be maintained for residences and businesses in the area.
Construction and restoration work is scheduled to be completed by Friday, May 26. Normal traffic patterns will then resume. A map of the work area and recommended detour routes is embedded below.
