Tomorrow morning at 9am, department crews will close a section of W Swann Avenue between S Dakota and S Oregon Avenues to begin emergency repairs to a sewer lateral and restore a depression in the road. Signage and traffic control devices will be in place to assist with rerouting and traffic flow. Motorists are advised to consider alternate routes and use caution when driving in the area. Safe access will be maintained for residences and businesses in the area.
Completion of the repair and restoration of the road is expected by close of business on October 11. Normal traffic patterns will then resume. Work schedules are contingent upon weather conditions. See all road closures at www.tampagov.net/RoadClosures
