The Fire Marshal is the designee authority having jurisdiction over the Fire Marshal's Office and administers the TFR Fire Prevention Division (Division). The Division is responsible for code enforcement, public education, arson investigation, fire plans review for new and existing construction, and support to the other divisions within TFR.
