Description
The project provides pavement resurfacing and pedestrian accessibility and safety improvements along the New Tampa Blvd corridor, spanning approximately 1.8 miles from Meadow Pines Drive to Bruce B. Downs Boulevard. New Tampa Boulevard is a collector roadway serving as a critical access route for the West Meadows and Richmond Place neighborhoods. The project will include: • Roadway resurfacing • Improved pavement markings • ADA pedestrian ramps.
Community Benefits
This project will provide a refreshed pavement surface, improve visibility of the pavement markings, and update pedestrian curb ramps to comply with ADA standards and updated best practices.
