Each contractor should have at least two members, "who could be project managers or designees," to register for the Plan Share module and plot their closures. Another two "from the field team could be superintendents or designees" to register for the Live Link module.
Anyone can register for both modules, but the Live Link access should be given to the field team to activate and deactivate closures in real time.

The Live Link app is where field crews verify work zone activity in real time. Once road work is verified, navigation providers like Google, Waze, Apple Maps, and others are notified, which increases safety for both the public and road crews.
