Tampa Convention Center Hosts FVMA Operations Seminar for Venue Professionals

The Tampa Convention Center is proud to host the Florida Venue Managers Association (FVMA) Operations Seminar, welcoming venue professionals from across the state for a day of learning, networking, and career development.

Designed for those who keep venues operating safely and efficiently, the seminar is ideal for facility operations staff, venue safety and security professionals, engineering and maintenance teams, guest services, and event services personnel. Attendees represent convention centers, amphitheaters, fairgrounds, performing arts centers, theaters, arenas, and other live event venues.

The program will cover key issues impacting venue operations today, including safety and security, facility and infrastructure management, staffing, guest experience, and event services, with an emphasis on practical insights and peer-to-peer learning. The day will also include the International Association of Venue Managers (IAVM) Region 5 – Florida Chapter meeting, offering added value and industry connection for attendees.
