Individual Monthly Parker User Guide

Welcome to Zephire (Your Monthly Parker Account Management Platform)

Welcome to Zephire! As a Monthly Parker, you have the ability to manage your account details, review invoices and billing history and make payments all through the Zephire Parker Portal. Your parking operations management professional has already created your user sign-on name and password which you should have received by now via email along with the website address to connect to the portal. If not, please reach out to your contact to obtain as you’ll need all three pieces to log onto the Parker Portal. This training guide outlines all the training guidance needed to complete each function provided within the portal.

Monthly Parker Portal Overview

The image to the right shows the Zephire Monthly Paker Landing Page that you will use to sign up for and manage your account. (*Please note that the City of Tampa logo and branding will replace the Zephire identity format displayed in the image shown.

  1. Click on "Search for Parking" to start the sign up process.
  2. As part of the New Parker registration process, you will set your username (i.e. your email address) and your password to sign into your account.
    1. Please note that both usernames and passwords are case sensitive.
  3. Click on the "Forgot Password? Reset Password" link to reset your password.
  4. Click on "Privacy and Terms of Use" link to view the terms of use and privacy policies along with your parker contract.

Once signed on, you can navigate through seven tabs to work on different aspects of your account:

  • Account Information
  • Locations/Access
  • Manage Payment Options
  • Billing History
  • My Docs
  • Inbox
  • Contact Us

The features and functions related to each of these Parker Portal tabs are explained in detail below.

Account Information Page (Individual monthly Parker Landing Page)

Locations/Access Tab

  • In the "My Locations" section near the top of the page:
    • You can add a new location to your existing account by clicking the "Add Location/Parking" button. Once you click that button, you will be directed to the "Map Locator" to begin the sign-up process for the additional location.
    • If you have multiple locations, you must first select the one you wish to view the related details for.
    • Once a location is selected, the correlating location and contact information will appear in this section of the page on the right hand side.
  • In the "Waitlist Status" section:
    • If you have requested to be waitlisted at a location that currently does not have any available parking, you can view your status here.
  • In the "Credentials" section:
    • You can begin the process to cancel your credential by clicking "Cancel Credential." Once this has been selected you can select your cancellation date before clicking "Update" to confirm.
      • NOTE: your credential will no longer be valid after the end date selected.
    • You can click "Remove Cancellation" to reverse the credential cancellation process.
      • Your credential will then go back into an "In Use" status.
    • You can report any issues related to your active credentials by clicking on the "Report Credential Issues" link. Once you do so, a dialogue box will appear asking you to select your issue from a dropdown list and add optional comments. Once you click the "Send" button on that dialogue box, you will receive a confirmation message, and the City of Tampa Parking Division will receive an mail with the issue details and your contact information.
    • If using an electronic credential, you can click "View Digital ID" to view and download your digital ID.
  • In the "My Vehicles" section:
    • This section displays the vehicle or vehicles that you have identified as part of your account. You can add, edit, or delete vehicle information by clicking on the correlating link.

Manage Payment Options Tab

From this tab, you are able to view and change your payment option.

  • You can start by selecting the location you wish to work with, or by selecting your payment method.
  • When clicking "Change Payment Method," you will have the options to pay by the methods offered by the City of Tampa Parking Division.
  • You may also chose to select a location using the dropdown menu.
  • If your account already has payment details on file, they will be displayed under the "Select Location" section in this tab.
    • You can click on "Modify/Update, to add or edit your payment details.
      • If you have multiple locations associated with your account and wish to save your added payment details for all locations, click the "Save for All Locations" checkbox, otherwise leave this blank.
      • At the bottom of the page click "Save" to save your payment information. If you do not wish to save this information, click "Cancel."
      • Once you have confirmed these details, your parker record will update in real time.

Billing History Tab

The "Billing History" tab offer you a way to view and/or pay invoices.

  • You can view or print your invoices by clicking on "View/Print."
  • If you wish to pay an invoice, you can click "Pay Invoice." 
    • A data box will open and the specific invoice opened can be paid by completing the accompanying fields. 
    • Once you confirm payment, the transaction is processed in real time and the status of your invoice will change to "Paid."
    • If the invoice is closed and in a "Paid" status, the "Pay Invoice" link will be greyed out.

My Docs Tab

In the "My Docs" tab, you can:

  • Upload and view documents associated with validating an exemption or account supplemental files by clicking on the "Upload Tax Document" or "Upload Other Document" buttons.
    • Once selected, you will have the option to select the file from your device that you wish to upload.
  • It is important to note that any files uploaded to your account by the City of Tampa Parking Division will also appear here for your viewing. The City of Tampa Parking Division will be able to access the files that you upload through this portal.

Inbox Tab

In the "Inbox" tab, messages sent from the City of Tampa Parking Division to you are listed.

  • To read a message in your inbox, click the "Read Message" link next to the message you wish to read and the message will display in a text box. 
    • You can mark the message as "Read" by checking the box above below the "Mark as Read" text and then close the message by clicking the "Close" button.
  • You can send a message to the City of Tampa Parking Division by clicking the "Click here or on the Contact Us" link.

Contact Us Tab

In the "Contact Us" tab:

  • Information related to the City of Tampa Parking Division's contact information can be found.
  • In the text box on this tab you can type a message to send to the City of Tampa Parking Division. Click "Send Message" to send your typed message.
    • You will receive conformation that you message was sent and the City of Tampa parking Division will receive an email of the message.
