On December 07, 2013, Agustin Osorio Pacheco was staying in Tampa with a friend while both were working a construction job. While in the parking lot of their hotel, celebrating a friend’s birthday, they were approached by suspects who demanded their property at gunpoint. Pacheco fled from the robbery and was shot and killed as he attempted to flee to safety.
