Land Development Coordination will be conducting a virtual public information session on the upcoming Land Development Code text amendments for the July 2025 Cycle. The City amends their code twice annually (January Cycle and July Cycle) to address legislative directives from the state legislature, local initiatives/changes, and other matters. This virtual meeting will include discussion on amendments involving the following: Plats, Subdivisions, and Special Street Setbacks.
