In celebration of National Bike-to-Work Day and National Bike Month, you are invited to join Mayor Jane Castor for a bike ride and rally on Friday, May 21. Hosted by the Tampa Downtown Partnership, this Bike-to-Work event will have eight group rides that will convene for a bike rally at The Square in Lykes Gaslight Square Park in downtown. The eight group rides will be led by experienced riders, and neighborhood ride meet up locations are listed below.
Even if you can’t join one of the group bike rides, you’re invited to bike downtown to join the 8 am bike rally at The Square, downtown’s outdoor coworking space, which will feature brief remarks from Mayor Castor and others, healthy nibbles, and coffee.
