Details: The victim was in front of the Habibi Hookah Lounge when a verbal argument between the victim’s cousin and the unknown suspect escalated to a physical altercation. The victim was attempting to break up the fight when he was shot in the leg. The suspect was last seen heading southbound on foot from the scene of the shooting. The victim was transported to a nearby hospital in stable condition with non-life-threatening injuries. Detectives currently working to develop leads in the case. It was reported that neither the victim, nor his cousin, knew the suspect prior to this incident.
