Mayor Jane Castor and the Tampa City Council will be sworn into office on May 1 at 9 a.m. at Armature Works in Tampa.
The ceremony will mark the beginning of Mayor Castor's second term and the start of a new council term.
Media is invited to attend and cover the event. The ceremony will be held at the following location: Armature Works 1910 N. Ola Avenue Tampa, FL 33602
Media check-in will begin at 8 a.m. Please arrive early to ensure time for set-up. Free parking will be available on site for media with proper identification.
Mayor Castor will be available for interviews following the ceremony.
