Mayor Jane Castor teamed up with Moates Florist to spread love and cheer to residents of Tampa on Valentine's Day. As part of her favorite Valentine's Day tradition, Mayor Castor personally delivered floral arrangements to a few very surprised people across the city on behalf of their loved ones.
Moates Florist, a florist based in Seminole Heights, provided the beautiful floral arrangements for Mayor Castor to deliver. The recipients included Morgan at the Tampa YMCA, Williamenia at Ybor City Health Care, Cristal at JC Newman Cigar Co., and more.
