Tampa Mayor Jane Castor honored her bet with Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti following the Tampa Bay Rays defeat in the World Series by the Los Angeles Dodgers. She sent a series of Tampa treats including J.J. Newman Cigars, Ulele Springs Craft Beer, Tampa’s Table recipe book from Visit Tampa Bay, and a few other goodies all while donning a Dodger mask.
