Tampa Mayor Jane Castor received her first dose of the Pfizer vaccine at the Tampa Greyhound Track today. The visit to the federally-supported mass distribution site took approximately 35 minutes, including a 15-minute observation period. Mayor Castor is encouraging all community members who are currently eligible for the vaccine to visit the Greyhound Track, or any convenient location that is administering vaccinations to protect against COVID-19.
